Forex Arbitrage Calculator

This 4-Step Arbitrage Calculator is a dynamic web tool designed to help users track and calculate potential profits from multi-currency arbitrage across different financial institutions (like banks or forex bureaus).

How it Works

• Sequential Cascading: You enter your initial investment amount in Step 1. As the script calculates the result of that first currency exchange, it automatically carries that new amount forward as the starting balance for Step 2, and so on through Step 4.

• Customizable Trade Variables: For each of the 4 steps, you define the exact trade: the currency pair (e.g., Sell GBP → LOCAL), the venue (the specific bank/bureau), the current exchange rate, and whether the institution is "buying" or "selling".

• Built-in Logic: Depending on the "Rate Type" selected, the script dynamically applies the math—multiplying your funds by the rate if it's set to "buying", or dividing if set to "selling".

• Real-Time Summary: It uses event listeners to recalculate the entire table instantly whenever you change a number or dropdown. The summary box at the bottom continuously displays your starting capital, final resulting capital, total net profit (or loss), and your overall percentage yield (ROI).

Essentially, it allows a trader to simulate a round-trip currency exchange across different markets to see if a profitable arbitrage opportunity exists before actually executing the trades.
